Both are often referred to as an hourglass figure. An 8 has a high hip shelf, and an X usually has a smooth transition from the waist to the widest part of the hip. X's are frequently long waisted, and 8's are frequently shorter waisted. Do you care about the minutiae?

What matters the most out of all, is her heart is made of. 10 times out of 10, I'd pick a less conventionally attractive woman with a heart of gold over a conventionally attractive woman with a heart of stone
