I've been on birth control for 2 years the implant. My period always been heavy and irregular, but this birth control makes me have 2 periods every month and spotting everyday. Does this happen to you as well? Should I get it removed and switch methods?

Yup. My periods were heavier and I had spotting as well. I had the exact same issues with the IUD. I’ve since started using the NuvaRing. I had spotting the first month or two but then it went away and I’ve been good since.

You just have to find something your body tolerates well. Personally, I can’t wait for the male birth control pill to hit the market. Then they can start dealing with this stuff too. Lol

Yes I highly recommend you switch to something else. You should ask your Dr to test your hormones see if they are off. It'll help you get a baseline for you as well for later years.
