To the religious ladies, or anyone who has a better grasp on this than me, so, my Ex reposted a bible verse, from genesis 29:20
“So Jacob worked seven years to pay for Rachel.
But his love for her was so strong, it seemed like only a few days”.
Mean Anything or am I delusional? I also suspect she’s talking to someone, but not too sure

So basically she's saying the man who loves her or really wants her will put in the work. Its a really good story to read about and even though Jacob was tricked and taken advantage of by her father, he still proved that he was willing to work and hard too, I might add. After reading that story, I really will appreciate a guy like Jacob cause he really did proved that he wanted her and only her.
