It depends on my mood. Hard to pick just one I prefer the most. Sometimes I want a combination of all of them, sometimes I just want to walk, sometimes I just want to jog. In the winter though, it's something else and you have to guess what.
I walk a mile around the subdivision with my dog every evening, and with almost an acre of land doing yardwork and all, I clock in at four plus miles a day. I think I get my workout done, what say you?
I don't love to run in terms of the sweating and panting, the exhaustive strain during running and when close to finishing. But I do like to run for what it gives me in terms of staying in shape, stimulating my core, and the good sense of achievement when I progress in my stamina.
Getting winded, chest pains... The ER found lung nodules but didn't tell me, and didn't see on papers till week later.. And lung nodules on themselves can be common, it's more what else didn't they tell me, the way they reacted to my EKG and comparing it to the last one I had like the was some change they're saying but didn't tell me... All they said day of visit was my tonsils looked swollen... Don't know what made me relook at those papers

I prefer to live a life where I don't need to exercise and all training comes naturally with the activities.
👍👍
I prefer to walk to enjoy my surroundings and be at peace rather than get winded and focused on my breathing
Sounds good

Yeah I think I know what you mean lolol
I voted walk. But due to leg injuries I really prefer to bike.
I hear yah, walk is bout all I can do
Besides that the twins don't like it when I run. LMAO
Well yeah, that's my main reason as well
Oh the joy eh?
Yeah lol
I walk, I would also like to be running, but it is hard on my knees so I choose not to.
Yeah between my boobs and my back, I walk
Of these options, I prefer to walk. What I would really prefer though, is to swim.
Oh yeah, swimming is good exercise and easier on the joints
I prefer walking! I usually walk at a fast pace so I guess I exercise a bit when I walk... I usually can't jog or run, I get tired too quickly
Walking is good exercise..
Kick , punch , knee , elbow are my preferred , effective cardio and more fun... running is good , except for the knees !
Is that for exercise or you beating sometime up? LOL But I hear yah, I walk I don't jog or run
Jog for the whole lap, but sprint for the remaining 100 m, repeat
Sounds good
Walk, Jog, Run, Hike, Bike, Swim...
Of the three I prefer jogging but do a bit of each
All are good exercise👍

Sounds like👍👍
I used to love to run. I cannot run anymore so I ride a bike or use an elliptical trainer.
I walk on the track with neighbors lady... Big boobs and bad back make jogging or running difficult lolol
Do they hit you in the face when you run?
😂😂😂 don't know don't run lolol
Walking... my knees are not what they used to be. I played baskedball in highschool and my knees are a little beat for running.
I hear yah... Between big boobs, bad back and atheistic knee, I walk lolol
*arthritic
Ummm how big are your boobs? Didn't know..
They were DD then got down to a C now probably bigger than DD
Walk, if I run I'll injure my knees, I have loose ligaments
Walking is definitely easier on the joints
Run was my preferred and best until I hurt my back. Now I'm just glad I can walk.
I know the feeling, well wasn't a runner even before back surgery lol but definitely not after

I prefer to jog, to burn enough calories.
Walking is too easy, and with running id be exhaused to soon.
Sounds good... I have to walk, big boobs and bad back make it hard to jog or run lol
That's quite good to keep going.
Or you can try swimming, it's more insense but you have no issues with your back and boobs there.
😂😂I know I was on the swim team in high school but doubt I'm the summer now was then cuz old age and smoking...
*swimmer not summer lol
I like to run I've been running cross country since I was 12 and I wouldn't want to change it:)
That's good!
i like running through the park in the morning, going fast is fun
Sounds good
I like to walk more than run. I have a bad knee that tends to give out on me at the worse time.
I walk as well
I'm in no hurry to go 6' under ground. I'll take my time and walk there. Lol
If I don't start feeling better soon may get there quicker even walking
I'm sorry you haven't been feeling well. Maybe you should go to the doctor
Been to ER and do need follow up with doctor but it's a new doctor so couldn't get in till June 9th...
Geez That's a long wait.
Right! If get worse before then, will just have to go back to ER
Can I ask what is wrong

They didn't tell you what was wrong with you in the er? Did they give you any medication to go home with. That just doesn't sound right.
