Runners Do You Run outdoors or Treadmill?

I do both. When weather Freezing or rainy Treadmill other then most of time I’m out doors.

Well, I used to run a bunch. Outside is soooo much better, but as I got older, weather became the major factor in getting a treadmill. I would try to run outside when possible.

Treadmill or on an actual track. Anything else is too harsh on the joints.

Yes, I ran marathons for years. I am really too heavy for the sport/ > I got fairly good through insane training. My joints paid for it

@exitseven Aww. I'm sorry. I had an ankle injury a while back and realized I could never run on pavement again. Ouch.

I 100% prefer outside but this time of year it’s almost impossible to run outside so I have to use a treadmill unfortunately
