I know a few people that get joint pain from areas of their body they had surgery on, or if they have arthritis.
I’ve been taking an anti inflammatory supplement every day, and I have a CBD stick that I roll over my neck and shoulder area that I fell in love with. Maybe try the cream version to put on your legs before you go to sleep.
You’re young! Protect your joints. Fish oil is suppose to help too.
