Anyway, to answer your question, what you eat is what determines what gets turned into "fat" on your body. Dairy translates to big boobs (or "man tits" if you're a guy). Sweets and baked goods translates into a fat ass. Carbs turns into a beer belly. And protein goes to your biceps and thighs. Vegetables never turn into fat, which is why everyone says they're so healthy. Fruits rarely do, but if they do (and it's VERY hard to get fat off fruit), they also go to your butt, because they are glucose/sugars.
If you want a fat butt, just eat a lot of sweet sugary stuff that isn't too heavy in carbs. Like ice cream. (Also, do squats.) It should take about three months. Gaining weight is SUPER easy! Losing it is super hard for most people (despite what dumbass armchair nutritionists on the internet think about starving yourself to magically shed pounds; yeah I'm giving advice, but not on weight loss).
Iunno what's up with girls and this overweight trend. You look perfect as is in my opinion.
That being said, if you want to gain weight, it's as simple as intaking much more calories than you burn a day. It doesn't matter what the source of caloric intake is. Download a calorie tracker app... one that you can input your diet and the approximate amount of calories per meal. Track your daily exercise and amount you lose. Aim to eat about 300-500 more calories than you burn doing any exercise in a day.
Maybe a few months!!! But honey you look good now, and you will look good then!! Men are just mean!! My dad was a doctor my mom was overweight, he loved her. He passed away due to a accident. I feel bad that you're trying to get to an unhealthy weight just to make your boyfriend happy. He should love you just the way you are. You look beautiful now. Of course, you would look beautiful if you gain that weight too, but I think loving and accepting yourself just as you are it's wonderful.

I gained like 40 pounds in a few months from drinking 1 ensure (protein drinks) a day and after breakfast i ate a pb n j then after lunch i ate a pb n j then after dinner i ate another pb n j and whatever to add more calories. Just an idea for you to try.

How long? No idea I'm not too familiar with how fast women gain weight.
The only thing I would warn you about is that you can't really control where that weight goes.
Some girls (like the ones in your pics) store body fat mostly on their hips and thighs.
And some girls mostly store it on their waist.
And you can't control that it's all up to genetics.
You can try lifting weights to build the muscles in your legs and that can help give you those thicc glutes and thighs, but building muscle takes a lot longer than just body fat, so you'll need to be patient with it.
Bad News Bears here, it's really hard to change your "body type". If you can manage to get to where you want, "gains" can still all be gone in an instant. Lanky kids just become skinny fat when tryna bulk (experience) and no one wants that. Better to focus on trying to find a way to start accepting that you are who you are and someone loves you for that. Don't try to be who you *think* is best for them. If you love them you'll respect their choices and if you love them you'll stop trying to change yourself bc you'll realize they love you as you are
Girl go do that if you wanna be thick do that also try to build muscle by working out so you wouldn't end up having too much fat on the tummy than the thighs

Drinking a lot of milk will help you gain weight, as well. Just make sure that you're still drinking the necessary amount of water each day. Like don't just displace water for milk, as you won't have enough hydration (because water is good for healthy skin and many other things).
your young and probably have a fast metabolism like I used to have when I was around your age. As you age that slowly goes away. Just don't worry about it and slowly it will come. Also if you really wanna gain weight fast I would drink lots of soda, eat lots of junk food, and eat lots of meat. Like beef and it the fat too and the skin of the chicken. Trying drinking beef and chicken broth as well.

I'd get shapely, which really depends on your body shape more than accrued fat, but from light to heavy, you'll only have to remake your wardrobe and have legs and back ache for the sake of what, bigger, saggier titties?

You definitely need more than 3 months to gain weight. It's not easy to gain it when you're not naturally like that.
I think you look gorgeous the way you are but I totally get wanting to please your boyfriend. It’ll take you a couple months to look the way you want. And with your frame you’ll have amazing boobs at that weight.
