Don't lose weight/ Don't gain weight!

To everyone one whose goal is to lose or gain weight, you are adopting the wrong approach, because your genetic make up, metabolism and skeleton frame have lead you to your current shape.. Yes if you forcefully change your life style your body will change as well but will you still be the healthiest version of yourself, will you be feeling the best you can feel about yourself? If you're not doing it the right and healthy way, I highly doubt that.

You see I always tell people who wanna lose weight to not make it a goal to lose weight, make it a goal to be healthy; eat right, stop abusing your body with sugar and junk, exercise regularly (the type of exercise that suits your body best), if you have physical injuries start physical therapy, and so on, but don't make it a goal to lose weight and forget everything else cuz it's forceful and it might end up leaving you miserable because it gets really difficult to force yourself to do something your physical build doesn't accept.

Losing or gaining weight shouldn't be a goal, it should be a consequent to the main goal which is to live with the healthiest life style you can have.

Curvy girls are sexy, slender girls are beautiful and every figure has it's type of appeal and every individual has their preference, forcing ourselves to be something we are naturally not messes things up unless we do it the right way.

Generally every body should be the healthiest they can be cuz that's the way they can be the most attractive they can be and it's the way they feel best about themselves.

Finally there's an example of two beautiful public figures that are of very different body types.

Charli D'Amelio and Addison Rae. I believe they're both living super healthy lifestyles. And that's mostly what lead them to the type of attractive physics they have. They're very different, one is considerably curvy and the other is slender but they're both fit and I'm sure if they missed up their life style Addison would gain much weight and Charli would get even skinnier.. I know they both look pretty perfect but that's where living healthy gets you, although yes the genes play a huge part but you cut added sugar completely, reduce gluten to a minimum and exercise regularly for a year or two and tell me you haven't become an absolute beauty compared to your previous self, it's not possible.
