Is it possible to get results in 10 months?
I want to go from this (left ( , to this (right).
All people shed weight at different speeds. I'm naturally that toned but I know people who worked out and got down to that weight. You need to work out a lot and eat the right diet (and keep that diet even after you've gotten to your goal). Could take anywhere from 6 months to a year to two. It's purely down to the individuals dedication and genetics.
Also try not to compare your figure to pictures online (many are photoshopped), while you might be the same weight as the woman in the picture, your fat distribution and your bone and muscle structure may be completely different. I know very healthy super athletic women who still have a bit of a gut for instance that just won't go washboard flat because of their genetics.
I doubt that you'll be able to not only shed the excess body fat, as well as tone up enough to look like the girl in the second picture in 10 months. The only way I can see that being possible would be if you binge-dieted and basically went to a bootcamp-like fitness camp 4-5x/week. ie. made achieving that figure a goal that consumes 95% of your time.
The one on the right, good luck with having big boobs AND a flat, toned stomach. I'm not saying it's impossible or unattainable for everyone, but many, many, many women aren't blessed with such genetics. Keep your goals attainable and realistic.
10 months is doable depending on your routine and moviation.
10months? Possible, but its gonna take determination.
1-work out thrice a week
2-eat as healthy as possible (dont eat too little food, eat healthy)
3-bounce your leg all day while sitting (burn those calories girl)
I've managed to lose 10kg in one month. You can do it too.
eat smart and gym every day... also jogging but be prepared for excess skin for a while if you are big now
How long will it take me?

I'm thinking you could do it in six months if you really threw yourself into it and monitored your caloric intake (As well as doing the right exercises. ).
1) too skinny. Not really that attractive.
2) I am 48 and not even close. so give up, if your that skinny then gain about 30 lbs, and be happy instead of miserable
Left girl has a naturally wider body but.. depends on diet, exercise and genetics. You may not even be able to look that thin but toning can be achieved. I'd put it at a couple months with dedication
IMHO, the girl on the left would be far more desirable that the other one.
Having said that, trust me; only one thing makes a difference in losing inchea: Controlled fasting.
Gym comes later to tone yourself.
Do u plan on seeing a cosmetic surgeon and shaving off your bones to make a different bone structure?
The before and after picture are from the same girl!
Her hips literally look smaller in the 2nd pic, #PhotoShopped
We're talking many months of lots of cardio and a good diet, with some weight training thrown in to get that toning.
That's probably more due to diet than anything. It isn't being toned so much as being thin.
If you have the pefect diet. With frequent training you could have it in 6 months.
With an average diet years.
With a bad diet never.
U want to lose huge boobs? Beside on tir genetics your body might not look like that. But just cut out sugar.
That is difficult I have no idea I have that toned body naturally
Girl , with proper dieting and avoiding sugars, carbs and eating east food you can really get that body going. Also workout at least 3 to 4days a week. Drink plenty of water.
Bein skinny is not about looking good u probably look ok as you are but keeping fit is healthy x lol
Take up running. Probably 6 months to a year depending on how dedicated you are.
girl on the left is hotter, than the one on the right. real women have curves
yep, exactly
diet and exercise will loose weight
Crack. Surefire way of losing weight.
It depends on how much dedication you have
If I work out 4 days a week how long will it take?
Years
Really?
i think 1 year
