Why are teens judged for expressing there emotions?

If a teen is angry for any reason, he is "difficult" and "has mental problems" and "its his teen hormones" and he needs discipline or to be seriously told what to do with it or that its innaproiate anger.

If a teen is depressed, he is a "potential criminal" or "violent" and has a "behavioral problem"

what the fuck is this? why do psychologist and counselor define depression, autism, adhd, bulimia, eating disorders as BEHAVIORAL problems? like its a innapropiate behavior problem? f*ck off im tired of this shit.
