As long as you find a good artist you should be able to cover or obscure to some degree.
If you Google tattoo cover dermatillomania you'll actually find a few stories of women who have done just that.
From what I looked at it did seem they covered well enough though not completely invisible. The only issue I believe you'll have is if there are any overly large scars as I'm not sure how well scar tissue will hold ink.
You may also find other good posts from people asking this same question and getting varied responses. I suggest looking at them for potential concerns that may arise from doing this.
thank you
Ask a doctor about safety for sure, and ask them about the tattoo. If you skin continues to show sores, then it may be difficult. Regardless, think this through so you are not exchanging one perceived 'eyesore' for another... as the tattoos really are permanent.
Thank you

I dont think you can or shoud do that as a tattoo isn't good for your skin anyways.
You know, i got some skin issue myself. I tried to hide it at first but i realized. Why would i? It's who i am. Kinda the point while people are taking tattoos anyway. And this is you. Dont take the tattoo or cover up. Be proud of yourself and accept imperfections as they are what makes us human.
Ask your dermatologist rather than the general public, as the specifics of your condition may add complications. What works for one won't necessarily work for all.
I don't think you can
Thank you
I’m not sure but be careful with that
