Should I get a tattoo to cover my self harm scars even though I don't like tattoos?

I sometimes feel that it would be better to have a tattoo covering my scars rather than people being able to see my scars. What do you think?

no don't get one like i got tattoos to cover mine BUT I LIKE tattoos. i get wanting to hide it but that shit costs money and time.

pick a design and do it if you wanna do it still in like 6 months. you can try fake tattoos too by the way if you wanna see how you look with them

I would rather see scars than tattoos. The scars are part of your history, while tatts to cover then are denying your past. Celebrate your scars as a reminder to look after yoursekf.
