You can try these 2 exercises

Chest press extensions
Hold a dumbbell in each hand and bring your hands up so they are in line with your shoulders, keeping your elbows bent.
Slowly straighten your arms and extend in front of you. You may wish to extend one arm at a time.
Then bring your hand back to your shoulders and slowly lower your wrists down.
Keep your elbows in at your body, and make the movement slow and controlled.
Do three sets of 12.

Modified pushups
Lie on the ground and put your palms on the outside of your chest.
Push your body all the way up until your arms are almost straight, but keep a slight bend in your elbows.
Slowly lower your body back down using controlled resistance. Keep your elbows in at your sides.
Do three sets of 12.

I'm sorry but I don't think there is a way to get bigger boobs naturally. And looking up that stuff just gives you lots of myths in general. I think it'd be much healthier to love the boobs that you were given.

Workout... even little titts look nice if they're perky instead of saggy slabs of fat. I highly suggest weights instead of cardio, but cardio is better than just a diet and looking like a weak mush of skinny fat (no muscle just bones and fat). Attractivness in my opinion is looking like you do stuff... not looking like you sit on your bum all day watching netflix. Think about it, when you look at a dude... what do you see? What attracts you? I'm assuming you're just a general woman/not trans or some bullshit... Guys are not all that different, and the only difference is the sexual market value that will give you a lot more room to not do as much as a male would have to do to be on the same level. With that said, if the only guys going your way are POS, then you're X2 worse than those dudes. Hard look in the mirror and start doing something about it is my best advice... weights preferably.

Check out a website called, BreastNexus. com. It's all about how to grow them naturally. Even guys use it! One guy was able to get to an H cup! If he can do it, you can, too!!
I've also heard that slapping them will cause them to grow. Just 5:00 a day per breast is all it takes. If you get tired of it, let your boyfriend have a go. Might be a lot of fun for booth of you.

I have this special cream comes in a handy pump dispenser, rub it over them and Bingo. seriously though, you pretty much have what you are given. I definitely prefer smaller boobs, a lot of guys do.
