What would make my boobs get bigger all of a sudden I haven’t gained weight?

I’m 39 I have been a 32C since I was 19 I am the same size too I haven’t gained weight I actually toned up a bit 4’11 97 pounds (44 kilos) last time I weighed myself. I’m quite tiny!! The other day I was dressing or I guess undressing and my husband mentioned I was “popping out” of my bra I said it’s tight right? did my boobs get bigger?… anyway my son works at the mall and his car is having issues so we had to take it in. So I have to pick him up I got to the mall early to do some shopping and I said let me just go into the Victorias Secret and get measured!! Maybe get a new bra or 2 and I wanted something new and sexy to wear with my husband anyway. So I get measured and sure enough 32D!! I’ve never been a D!! again I really haven’t changed anything in my diet I haven’t gained weight what would cause me to go up a cup size at 39 ?

Victoria's Secretions probably is using different sizing models. Also birth control can change the size as well.

Did you take a pregnancy test? Because the initial stages of pregnancy definitely increase a woman's boob size.

I don’t know my boobs got huge when I was pregnant but besides that’s I have always been a 32C since I was 19 idiot really fluctuate in weight I’ve been 44-47 kilos! (97-102 pounds) always since I was 19!! I can still wear my outfits from high school i am confused

Usually boobs get bigger for different reasons, when you get pregnant or drinking milk or sometimes it's just sort of happens when your body is still developing
