I'm a manlet/shrimp, the shortest of all my male friends, around the same height as most of my ex girlfriends (who were always within four inches of me; usually same height or taller) and I DESPISE IT in ways words cannot describe.

Most women where I'm from are a normal 5'6"/167 cm, but that's barefoot and without heels. In heels, they're my height. And just about every white or black male is a bare minimum of 6'0"/184 cm, but being an extra two or three inches isn't that uncommon, either. Only Hispanic men (Mexicans) or old Asian men are shorter than me. And just about every woman I've talked to, a good 80% at bare minimum, wanted a taller guy than me and did not like or appreciate my height, not that I can blame them or anything.

I HATE being a short-shit. And what's worse, being a short-shit and having other short-shit baby-men tell me I shouldn't be upset about. No. Fuck you. Being a small male is legit my biggest insecurity. There's other things I dislike about my entire physical appearance, like my face, complexion, unclear skin, hypothyroidism-afflicted weight gain, small, and and so on. But not a single one of those compares to just being a fucking small little man that I can literally do nothing about that.

So no. I DESPISE my height. Being small. Weak. Puny. A Lilliputian or a Gulliver in Brobdingnag. I'm 1.97222 yards short.

6'3" feels great. People generally like it, I am naturally seen as a bigger threat than a halfling, thus people tend to not be rude or whatever. I also enjoy playing basketball and volleyball.

The only con is that I cannot sit comfortably in terms of theatres, cinemas etc. and public transportation seems to have some kind of a grudge against tall people since I always hit something with my head.

When I think about it - we always use to roleplay Vietnam when there is a tree branch in a path. Since I always need to bow, calling out loud "Rocky!" (Stalone also played Rambo, but Rambo ain't that cool) is a must.

I'm 5'9", tall for a girl. I'm in the 98th percentile of women for the US. On top of that, I love to wear heels. I was once filling my car at the pump when (mind you, I was seventeen) a man who was at least 40 commented and kept commenting on my legs. I was wearing shorts and 2 inch heels. He wasn't being mean, but it was still not appropriate. I was a minor. I love to wear super tall heels with platforms, and people do look at me like I'm a little weird, but screw them. I can wear heels if I want.

I am 5'10 and I was definitely not ok with it for the longest time. I still don't feel super great about it considering my wife is 4'11, but I'm becoming more at peace with it.

I am 6 feet even. I guess it is a good height. I am actually 5'11-1/2". When I was in college I went out for crew and the shortest you could be was 6 feet. They were not going to let me on the team because of half an inch. I finally convinced them because I was pretty muscular. This was the 80's and nobody was training with weights except for me and a few other oddballs.

I'm 5 ft 6 in tall in my bare feet. I feel fine about that. I'm very happy with how my body looks. Unclear what you mean by anyone acting on it, however.
