I had covid-19. But I don't think that something can help you speed up that. Vitamins won't help. There are several studies that for example vitamin C can help but it can help with prevention of illneses and not speeding up process of that illnes. So, sorry, but I guess that only resting can help you.

How do you know you ever had it? I think I had it when we first had the lockdowns. Itchy throat, achy bones, diahrea. I felt better after about 3 days.

I was asymptomatic, i did take steam to my face along with a few immunity boosting meds. Other than that i kept myself physically occupied to keep my oxygen levels normal and mentally i just didn't care.

While I've had two doses of AZ vaccine, I may have had Covid earlier on in the outbreak but seeing that the authorities in the UK never gave a definitive list of symptoms I may have been infected with Covid and just thought it was a bad cold

take some claritin or benedryl or some other antihistamine and breathe a bit of lysol in to your lungs
