Medication makes things worse , see if you can find even a small positive and start trying to have a win , one small step at a time. I think there are many suffering right now , and its important to try and celebrate the small things.
But , Im not a doctor , so maybe a phyc could help? Always helps to talk..

This is not uncommon at your age. You’ll probably pull through. Frequent exercise and eating right can help. If you haven’t, it is good if you can talk about it with a friend.

Group counselling helped me when I was in a similar situation
Try yoga it will help.. I m sure.. I have got a glimpse of how u feel.. today.. I felt blue.. I don't know why but I m getting stressed out for no reason.. I can understand how u feel
then see an actual medical professional/therapist.
Mild meds would help. Family physician
