What's your favorite core exercise?

Wall climbing is new to me before that i didn't really work much on my core to be honest it just seemed to be ok naturally when I was younger though I was always active

Overhang climbing.. single training exercises gets boring and repetitive over time for me.

Ab wheel, roll it out and roll it back again, do four of them and it will rip you up. Probably the best training equipment I have ever come across, and cheap too.

I stopped sit ups in the 90's

Pullups with a dip belt. Saves a lot of time. Situps, and pushups with a medicine ball. Health is wealth, feels great

I used to like burpees but cannot do them anymore. I did bent over rows today and it was okay.
