That's just a natural part of some blemishes. They get tender and sensitive. It's because that area is irritated and your nerves send those signals to your brain, so that you act accordingly. It's likely nothing to be worried about. Probably just a bug bite.

As a woman myself, I am going to defend another girl and protect her with all costs, especially because men like you don’t see an issue with this

Agree to disagree I guess. The only thing I didn't like is that you assumed that all or most guys are pedophiles. When in reality only 1 out of those 8 guys made a degusting comment.
