It might be a genetic Factor and you might not be able to do anything about it however I always believe that giving something to try as long as it's done healthy can't hurt.
Now what I told my 12 year old daughter to do after we got her DNA test back and it said that she had a higher risk of developing a spine problem was to start taking calcium and calcium can be as simple as a vitamin from the store or even Tums. It doesn't have to be expensive. She literally did that for an entire year now she's 13 and when she went for her next physical the doctor said she grew 5 inches.
So I would add calcium which is found in milk cheese yogurt and Tums. You can find it cheap just or ask a parent to buy it for you.
Another suggestion would be collagen. Collagen will help your bones as well take it daily along with calcium.
Then of course make sure you do all the other healthy things eat healthy eat more protein protein helps with muscles and bone growth cut back on the sugar and junk food get some exercise.

Height depends on many factors, like your parent's height and your nutrition. I also heard that girls stop growing about 4 years after their first period, so if you started menstruating early, you may have already reached your final height. If you want to grow taller eat a lot of protein and do exercises like stretching. It's not a guarantee, but it may help in growing taller.
Ps. How tall are you actually, cause you didn't mention.
You can't. You have to let nature take its course. But to bypass the actual nature of you being taller, you could always wear larger sole shoe shoes.

Eat proteins. Drink a lot of water. Do stretching workouts... cycling is nice too. Go to sleep around 10PM at least and have 7 hours of sleep everyday.
You can't. You're stuck with what you have. You can work on your core muscles. Planks are great. They will help you stand up straighter and give you a bit more height, but it is what it is.
That's not something you can control. Whatever will be will be and happen on it's own.
I wanna say yoga. But I'm not sure if that's true or not.
Start using inversion tables..
