So, weeks ago, my cousin came over to my house and I let her change in my room. It wasn't a big deal, I've never had problems with it before and I trust her whenever she's in my room. However, one of my shirts suddenly dissappeared. I never change anywhere other than my room so this is very odd.
Sometimes I can be kind of forgetful, so maybe I could've misplaced it somewhere while doing the laundry. So I told my mom about it and she helped me look for it all over the house and we couldn't find it. I do not wish to point fingers at anyone, and I'm really sad that I'm in this position. But my cousin is the only one that I've allowed to change in my room, and I have no other possible explanation as to how my shirt could've dissappeared.
It is a shirt that I use often and if I had misplaced it or something, we would've found it by now. I've never lost any other clothing before, so I doubt I just lost it somehow. My mom does think it is very suspicious that I haven't used my shirt since my cousin came over, and she hasn't found it anywhere in the house since then either.
I also know that my cousin has... a habit of borrowing things and never returning them. Thats also very suspicious. But knowing all that... I still find it difficult to ask my cousin about it. She might think it is just a shirt and I'm overreacting, or she might get offended because I'm accusing her of "stealing". And then my aunt would be upset too, and I don't know if I want to go through that. I don't know if it's worth it.
