How many squats a day? Y im seeing legs skinner by doing squats with weights?
As many you can do. You know muscle failure?
Do them every other day or 2 days later or 3 days later. Do 3 sets start with as many you can do do chair squats. And you must right down. Let's say you do 10X3 Sets today. See how you feel keep increasing up to 20x3. Join gym. Hire trainer.

What does muscle failure mean? Y my legs still look skinny. With squats?
Most of us don't do exercise properly. Muscle failure is exercise to the point where you can't do it any more.
So how do u fix that?

When you are not able to do exercise any more. You should not be able to do last repetition fully
Muscle gain is process of breaking muscle to thw repairable point which repairs in 2 3 days little more or less which causes soreness
