Have you tried using weights at the gym that is specifically designed to get toned legs.
Honestly.. You've got nice body... But if you still have fascination of some specific body type... Consult a trainer for exercise

Work them more than other body parts, add weightson the equipment used, train to failure and eat carbs afterwards.
Well I think you already look sexy. But try squats and calf raises. Dont do much running do a mix of heavy wait and lots of reps.

ur legs look fine now, just so light cardio or weightlifting sometimes don’t over do it
