Depends on the type of clothing, its pretty rare but when I was younger I jumped on the Ground to make a save in a friendly soccer game and my balls kinda got smashed between the ground and my thigh. Lets just say it did hurt a lot but It hurt me less than a hard slap to the balls or a soccer ball kicked to my groin did. That being said I wouldn't take any of those 3 again
