How to get rid of urine bags about 12 without a toilet present?

Wear a mask. Dump the urine in the toilet. Wash your hands. Wipe down the toilet seat and handle with some toilet paper soaked in rubbing alcohol. Wash your hands again. Then wet down more TP with rubbing alcohol and wipe down the faucet, soap dispenser where you touched it and bathroom door handle.

This is assuming you don't have Clorox wipes.

If you don't have alcohol. Use some cleaner with bleach in it or even dilute bleach with water. But with either of those. You'll want to wash your hands again afterward.

I have never heard of urine bags with towels and gel inside. If they are that way they must be specially mad for instances of your case and would come with instructions for disposal.

You could have made you a toilet with a bucket and put clumping cat litter in the bottom. The cat litter would clump up with moisture. Then dispose of in trash can. First before cat litter but a garbage bag as a liner in the bottom.

Generally, so long as you do not come into contact with anyone, you should be fine to get to a toilet.

You can take extra caution and sanitize everything once done.
