By stopping. Sounds easy, but it isn't. I was in the same position as you. Got to the point to where I couldn't fall asleep without one. Then that wasn't working either.
So you know what I did? I just stopped. No matter what happened, I was going to work in the morning, and not smoking. I didn't sleep for 4 days.
I picked up Stephen King's novel "IT," and went out into the living room when I couldn't fall asleep, so as to not disturb the wife, and read every single page before my body broke and I fell asleep. After that, everything else was easy.

I smoked two months as I was abroad and my hotel room mate smoked like crazy. I stopped without much problems, it was just one week I felt a desire for cigarettes. Compared with the greed you get after few lines coke it's practically nothing.
I'm not a smoker but I've heard some people saying hypnotherapy helped them quit smoking.

Don't transition to vaping. It's still unknown what the longterm effects will be on the body/lungs, and it's highly addictive. Even more so because it's so easy to do indoors and surreptitiously.
1. Will power.
2. Substitute medically safe tablets are available in market. You can use those.
3. Doing Yoga.
4. Regular exercise. Either in the morning, or in the evening. Gym is also good.
5. Please consult a doctor, as a last step.Just think the risk is with smoking, I quit smoking in June 2021 cause it causes high blood pressure, heart problems, cancer, yes the list goes on. I stopped cold turkey
Yuck, just think about how uncool everyone thinks it is. No guy will touch you with a ten foot pole. Get into an exercise routine and drink lots of water.
Honestly, I just think of the horrific way my grandmother, papa, and uncle all slowly and painfully suffocated to death from a lifetime of smoking cigarettes. You have to learn to hate cigarettes.

I replaced all my nicotine products with cbd, I just vape cbd now and I'm going to eventually quit this too
One of the best ways to quit is to wait later and later to have your first one of the day after a night's sleep. It's that first one that starts the ball rolling for the rest of the day.
You make the choice to stop and stick with it. Determination.
Use autosuggestion. Look it up. Research it. Might take awhile though. Stay persistent.

No other way than to cease smoking. It's all within your capabilities. There is no magic trick to make you quit smoking.

As an ex smoker all I can tell you is you have to hate doing it more than you want it
You are really 16 ? Only way to quit is just stop, that’s only thing that works from talking to people that used to smoke
Just don't do it for 1-2 months then it's pretty easy
