I start from 80kg and then go up by sets of 20 presses. I got to 200kg and then managed to do 25.

Depends entirely upon how much you weigh and how old you are. I leg pressed 375lb for reps when I was 14 years old, about 200lb (I had some weight to lose) with zero training of any kind. Think the machine went up to like 415 so just short of 200kg
I wouldn't consider what I did impressive for my size and age. If you're 160-170 lb then 440 lb is good tho I'd say drop the leg press and do squats.
Depends on your body weight. Weight/strength ratio. A 90lb person who can deadlift 200lbs is more impressive than 300lb person who can deadlift 400lbs
