I am trying to lose 66 pounds?

I weight 196. I want to be 130 again. I have lost myself since my breakup with my ex and college. The trainer said it would take me 10-15 months. He wants me to build muscle. I understand muscle help lose weight. But really 10-15 months. Can I lose this weight by December? My body fat is 35 percent.

He told me my diet should be on protein base. Thoughts

I would be satisfied being 145 though.

He said if I want to keep the weight off. It should take that long 10-15 months. But losing it in 5 to 6 months sounds reasonable to me?
