I have a very healthy breakfast like multigrain sandwich, a very healthy lunch like a green vegetable or pulses with chapati and for dinner also I have just one chapati.. I have around 2-3 cups of tea in a day without sugar, despite following this diet, I am unable to lose weight. What should I do?

Too much chapati. The chapati is a bread so that means it will have lots of calories. A single chapati has about 300 calories. That's about the same number of calories in a candy bar. You want to eliminate breads as much as possible - either eating high-fiber multigrain breads or just remove them from your diet and eat more vegetables.

That's roughly 130 pounds, you're average, going that much lower is not healthy.
Forget the Breakfast. Maybe a Scoop of something light or a Hard Boiled egg. Stick with a Lite Lunch or a Sensible dinner. Exercise. Good Luck. xxoo
