II weigh around 60 kgs and I want to lose 5 kgs.. I have a healthy diet, yet I am unable to lose weight, what should I do?

I have a very healthy breakfast like multigrain sandwich, a very healthy lunch like a green vegetable or pulses with chapati and for dinner also I have just one chapati.. I have around 2-3 cups of tea in a day without sugar, despite following this diet, I am unable to lose weight. What should I do?
