Reagan kept ignoring 35,000 new infections a year. 700,000 Americans are dead from HIV AIDS.
And now AIDS is COMPLETELY impeded because of science. They can have unprotected sex without spreading the virus because of vaccines.

The spread of AIDS is not prevented by vaccines. The science behind those medications is much more complex.

Medication that prevents the spread of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, isn't a vaccine. It's a viral inhibitor. Different medical technology.
