About 70-80km? Maybe more. Thing is I've done some marathon stuff on otherwise very active outdoorsy days which really inflates the number. The 80 is my guess from a full marathon and a half (finding buddy) followed by an actual very active day. Would not recommend. Just dumb for anything but proving things to yourself.
26km is great though! That's about a half-marathon and then some! Should be proud of it and it also within the (extreme) limits of what we can realistically handle without breaking apart. After all overdoing things is only cool that one time for bragging rights and then pretty lame.
Oh I was a little north of 4hours. It was terrain though so while it is not insane or particularly impressive I am Very (!) satisfied personally. I feel completing it is an accomplishment. I scored in the middle of the pack somewhere. Maybe slightly better than average but not a lot.
We did later go back to find a buddy of mine at a leisurely pace and I walked with him past the finish line. Which is why I made the one and a half claim, but I might be biased. And the day was otherwise active. So picture 60km there and the 10-20 is my realistic to optimistic estimation of the rest. 70 might be a better fit than 80 at second thought.
I will have you know I was mostly fine that day. The morning after I walked like I had just had an adventurous experience in bed on the receiving end of things and belonged in a comic.
Would warmly recommend a half/full marathon as a physical challenge!
Of course! Don't do it!
Maybe ask the guy who has run 6 or so of them. He is bound to have more to say than I do. For me it was prep, prep and more prep and pacing. I was living with my half brother at the time and we ran together while talking nonsense as we practiced. I think for me that was what really helped most, ironically also did wonders for our relationship. I did load carb loading and alike too but really can't say how useful it was. You have already done a half so I am not going to tell you to not buy new shoes or anything. Realize you're doing the actual "It is a marathon, not a sprint" and conserve strength? Find something to motivate you.
Quite frankly I am rather slim dude but I am too big for marathons I feel. I have done it to challenge myself and am proud for it but the best guys were closer to half my time.
But well, ask our veteran. Maybe make a question on here? Or if you wise up, just don't do it. It hurtss! It hurtsss I tell you! But in a good way. Just like.. hmm. Maybe there are things I ought to try.
Used to work 16 hour shifts at a warehouse. We had to wear step counters to make sure we were being efficient. Most days were 50 miles
Don’t know in steps but once walked 37.5km with my ex boyfriend to a forest if that counts. Even screenshotted his watch at the time. Have no idea how that happened looking back.
But as for daily I walk 20,000 easily as my mini walks. Safe to say I walk a lot lol
I walked 32 kilometres during a drip to Las Vegas in 2019 and I used to walk for almost 8 hours non stop at an old job.

I’m not sure, the only recorded amount was 16k. I am sure I have walked plenty more in a day but never paid attention to it.
The 16k was from walking around the Zoo for hours
I don’t pay attention to amount of steps. I just look at the distance. The farthest I’ve walked in one day is 18 miles (29 km).
Not counting work, or hikes, I'll say 26k.
I always seem to forget my watch, but that day i had it.
10,040. But that was without trying. I've probably done far more, but don't exactly use a pedometer very often.
More than that, but I'm not some biometrically tagged circus animal.
I have run 6 full length marathons. I suspect it was one of those days.
Based on apple the most I have walked was on December 22, 2021 with 25,998 steps, 1,087 was the most step I made through out the day at 7:03am-7:14am
That is 10.9 miles/ 17.5km
With my fit bit.

Cumulated 10.00 steps

100.000 step Accumulated
I have no idea I’ve walked probably around 15 miles without stopping
30,210.
That was a while ago.
Steps, as in: walking, or steps, as in: stairs?
A rough guess, 20 miles?
16,482 that was on… December 21st 2018.
Around 10 steps. I'm a lazy fatass
Over 30k.
Around 36k
