As I have decided to get more active, I ditched my routine of taking uber to and from work everyday. I decided to make the best out of being active, so I either cycle or walk to work since the past week. My work is pretty close.
I love walking and I don’t want to go home so I keep strolling in the streets, enjoying it a lot, pass by rivers, dancing grandmas, street musicians, some creeps and catcallers, some smiling strangers, I shop around, explore the neighborhoods and so on.
I have been walking at least 15000 steps past week, walking relaxes and makes me feel happy, along with other activities.
I explore new cafes and new places on my way and so on, just enjoy it a lot. Don’t want to go home.
My goal is to make 20000 steps at least every second day, I walk fast, so I cover the distance pretty soon haha
