Today I walked 3 km literally on one leg and crutches. 1 more month not allowed to put that injured leg down.
It’s my first independent outing for such a long time. Kind of proud of myself 😎

it depends lol
Sometimes I do many km (20k steps or more) and sometimes I'm in lazy mode and my longest trip is from my bed to the kitchen (which is on the opposite side of my home lol)
So no routine in the life of this witch :D
Haha, I used to be same! Can’t wait to put this bad girl on the ground and walk 18k. It was my favorite part of evening, to put on some nice clothes and walk on the pavement like a runway, for miles and miles haha
I have a colony of small gardens near my home. I make evening or morning trips there - for running or simply walking, just being alone and listening to nature :)
Sounds like a heaven!
It is :)
fortunately, we have a lot of such green spots in Berlin. In other cases, living here would be unbearable
I know how nice it is. Before Shanghai, I lived in Suzhou, It had multiple gardens and lakes all around the streets. Was called “Venice of the East” and every community had its own river. It was the most peaceful place I’ve ever been to. If you ever come to China, go to Suzhou, you’ll love it. 😍
thanks for the tip, @LaFemmeFatale_1 I will for sure. China is still on my list
Awesome... best way to get back to normal !!!
For me, I generally run 5 km a day !!!
very well done... lol
I am not sure how much I walk around on the daily, but I know it is plenty enough... lol
and as of late, even much more... including going up and down stairs as well, some elevators take too long
That’s a nice one.

Never stop walking!! What you did is impressive, and it shows you are a person who never gives up.
I myself love walking. I cannot walk a lot every day, but I do dedicate time at the gym to walk about a mile to a mile and a half. I also like to hike with a group; we hike anywhere from 5 to 10 miles each time we meet. These are not all easy hikes; a lot of elevation (both gradual and sharp).
Keep on going!! Just understand that the one good leg, and both of your arms, will be stronger than the leg which is still healing. Once you are able to use the other leg fully, make sure to do some weight training with that leg to bring it to the standards of your good leg.
Thank you 😇😇
Like you I absolutely love walking, running… using pavements like a run way and fleeing off into enchanted forests are my favorite activities in life. I would never stop moving if I had that option I’m happiest in motion.
Unfortunately, I have nerve condition developed when I was a kid (when I did not ever stop moving) so my movement level is precarious. On good days I’m close to normal, other days I can’t really walk.
When I’m doing well im around 20- 40,000 steps and then on a bad day it could be like 100- 400 lol
Not sure what the km conversion is.
I love walking and running and have walked tens of kilometers daily before injury, so it applies to me too ;) No worries.
Thank you for the good wishes
None, I walk in miles. 😂 But seriously it depends on the day. Some jobs are small and some are as large as a military base. Sometimes I'm in training and sitting on my arse for the whole day. But I do make it a point to move every day less becoming a vegetable.
I'm not sure but not very many. I'm too busy taking care of patients to keep track of such a thing.
My health APP counts it for me. It’s always on. Don’t Androids do that?
On average I walk between 3-5 km daily. Wish I walked more.
I try to run 5-6 miles every day and walk a few miles , but of course there are days when the pillow feels so good so I sleep in
I usually try to walk at least 5 km (3 miles) a day.
I don't count, I just walk around randomly lol
Normally 2000 to 6000 steps which is about 1.6 to 4.4 kns. Lately it has been way too cold to walk. Dogs won't even stay out longer than 1 min and they love to be outside.
It varies wildly. Some days I don’t even leave my home. Another time I walked like 16 miles.
Being an office worker, I don't get to walk much at all during the week. Most of my walking happens on the weekends.
Not enough tbh. But I prefer to walk around when I have someone to walk with.
I try to get at least 2 1/2 hrs of walking or biking a week. Some times more other weeks less.
I don't keep track of how much I walk. I just know I do a lot of walking and stair climbing during the day
Not even one km right now waiting for Achilles tendon to heal. It's annoying.
I do not keep track except that I run a minimum of 5 miles per day, six days per week.
Depends. Between 5 up to around 20 or so
Tell me who broke your leg?~
You’ll beat him up?
Why hand to hand combat when we have Guns?
I walk a mile in your shoes, not sure how many km that is
In winter, not as many as I should… 😳🙄
I walk 6000 steps everyday so roughly 5kms
O probably between 3-5 a day on average.
The min and Max range is 1000-13700
@NYlatefun nice
