At my age In lucky that I am still able to walk at all. I live in a huge apartment building and the hallways are very long almost like a hospital. If I can walk down and back through these hallways - then I'm doing good. 👍🏼😊
My target is 5,000 steps a day average- but it fluctuates a lot depending on if it's a Saturday (running around working at our church Food Pantry), or mowing the lawn, or raining outside (as it is now) and I just sit getting caught up on the computer.
I walk about 1 to 3 miles a day just with work
If I'm trying to help somebody lose weight I tell them to walk 30 minutes a day for 30 days at a very fast pace and within a week's time. You will see your body starting to tone up. And if you breathe through your nose and exhale through your nose, your feet in your Oregon's oxygen and you will start getting a clearer head. And clarity about everything in life.
And if you can do it two times a day thirty minuteseach time It will change your life But walking at a fast pace is the best
For many years I walked probably 4 to 5 miles a day. I don't walk nearly as much anymore because I have a workout routine that I do indoors 5 days a week... it includes indoor cycling for the cardio. So I only take one or two walks a week now. I just don't have the time for the walks, prefer to use it on other things.
The workouts with weights and cycling give me a faster and more thorough workout. Saves me time for other things.
I've been physically actice my whole life from wrestling and tennis in my teens to martial arts in my twenties and 30s... And I've always had weight lifting and cardio as part of my routine.
It really pays off at 70. I'm in better shape than the average 20 something. And now the workouts are just part of life. Plan to keep them up as long as I can. It really keeps me feeling good.
Not enough to be honest. I used to have an app that counted the steps I took then realised that just shaking the phone counted the steps and at that time I was probably taking 8 to 10 thousand steps a day. It became an obsession though and I would go out just to increase the steps and take smaller than normal or faster than normal steps. This was all while I also did sport and gym so it was unnecessary.
Some days I barely walk and others I walk like 6 to 9 thousand steps. And then I also do sports but I don't have my phone on me then so those steps aren't included in the count :D Also I have pretty big steps so I have to walk further to get a good count.
I watch walkthrough tutorials on how to be a cuckold.

I do a 7.3 mile run 3 to 4 days a week. Occasionally I stretch it out to 13.3 miles. So around 30 miles per week. Plus 3 days of weight training. Keeps me in reasonable shape for all the stuff I like to do.
Not enough

I have an office job, but try to getvmy 10000 steps a day. Always stairs, never elevators, ….
I average around 7k daily, but I do work out at the gym at least 3x a week on top of the walking.
Not every day but at least once a week I climb the nearest hill which is 1500 feet above sea level. Plenty of oxygen, lovely trees and flowers everywhere and a unique landscape. Such a treat so to speak.. :)
I must walk a mile or two just walking around in the kitchen every day baking. And that is even if I don't feel like it.
Apparently not enough! Wish that chart was working as I would have checked it out.
