I did it when I was an underweight middle schooler, ended up gaining leans mass and now I don't care about anyone else's diet plans. I found that there is no one diet for everyone. Not even one diet for the same person to eat year round. Do always what works, and will work long term.
i didn't do altnerative day, but intermittent fasting. very worth it!
Anything short of a felony that takes a person from being that landwhale on the left to the attractive person on the right is worth it.
