Why is it in commercials about constipation guys are usually shown on the toilet or getting treated but not normally women not to sound like a perve?

I noticed in real life women are usually the ones constipated even when go to the doctor and whenever i go to see her i notice mostly women in the waiting room office and not guys but you have more women constipated in commercials but mostly guys are shown on the toilet i believe in showing both genders but shouldn't women be shown more on the toilet? I'm so not trying to be sexist by the way just curious notice that a lot here in the states, is it different over seas also or what or is the same
