Who would win in a struggle between a girls legs and a guys arms?

Ok so if a guy used his arms to wrestle a girl using her legs who would likely win?

You can't compare the two directly since the arm has one more axis of freedom
That said, the legs push 4 times as much as the arm can pull, while a man's arms are 40% stronger than a women's arms, 33% stronger for the legs.
So disregarding push/pull/leverage and weight, a woman could win.
The real question is how this struggle would take place.

Debatable. Can go both ways. 50/50. In gym, you can see guys pushing 100 kilograms on bench press and girls pushing 100 again, at leg press.

I think it depends on the motions but typically even an average woman's leg press can beat an average man's tricep push-down. That's assuming it's a motion that isolates his arms and doesn't recruit the broader muscles like his pecs or lats.

Even if the man recruits his broader muscles like chest for bench press, an intermediate female lifter's leg press is 255lbs while an intermediate male lifter's benchpress is 214lbs.

If it's a pulling type of motion though where the man can recruit his lats while she's relying more on hamstrings, there I think the average man has an advantage. Actually, the average human being has an advantage just due to the nature of the muscles being recruited.

If we're comparing an adductive motion like the average woman's thigh adduction to a man's chest adduction (pec flys), I think that's a close call but maybe a slight edge on the average woman. This is a really interesting Q!

In general, the lower limbs are much more powerful than the upper. After all, just crouching requires resisting the entirety of our body weight. Jumping requires resisting more than our body weight. That would be like pushing off the ground while doing a handstand on our hands which very few in the world can do.
