The cause is unknown for now i tried to figure out and analyze the situation but nothing

I think then seeing a professional is the best idea. If you are unable to identify the cause, it is best to seek some help. Talk to your doctor and ask them to refer you to an appropriate psychologist or psychiatrist.

If I should learn from the book of my extroverted friend, it's team sports. You move, get endorphins and a sense of belonging.

As a lazy introvert myself, that sounds like torture, so what I do are short walks to get in the sun. It helps a lot, especially if you find one person who is willing to go on them with you and slowly open you up to the world again.
