There are a lot of activities you can do and where you can find people to spend some time together.

Take up a hobby or join a club to meet those that share the same interests as you do. Sharing a common interest is probably one of the best way to socialize because you don't have to pretend to be someone else just to fit in.

But your profile name gives me a hard time as I think that you are not really looking for platonic friendships here but that you are more likely interested in more deviant activities and for that kind of activity, I do not have any advice for you. Sorry.

Develop fun hobbies.
Taking walks or exercise.
Journal and process your feelings.
Listen to music or podcasts.
Try something new and exciting.
Do things that makes you feel alive and good spirit.

Do some volunteer work. Find something you like and volunteer. Get involved with political causes you support. You'll meet like minded people and do some good for your country as well.

get off the internet, go out and do random acts of kindness, do voluntary work, call on an elderly neighbour and say you are going shopping, do you need anything?, stuff like that,,,

Join a club or a social group . Take a class.

I don't know. I think the best way is to get out of the house and go anywhere there's people. Public places even if you're alone, you're not totally alone.
