Has anyone ever ran into bad doctors?

I feel like there's many where I live considering that doctors here seem to cancel appointments way too often for it to be anything serious when people's health might be at risk, here's a new one that just happened, the life insurance rejected helping, I thought that the whole point of life insurance was for them to be a gotdamn life insurance, people are so damn useless, has this happened to anyone before?

Omg. The first one diagnosed me with lupus, the less dangerous type. I didn’t have it as I found out later. He was having me come in for bloodwork all the time for the same. It gets better. He fell in love with one of his patients. She turned out to have aided. His license to practice was taken away.
The second, my daughters pediatrician. He once made her fall to one when she was beginning to sit when he knew she had a weak left side. She conked her head on the wall. He was rude and rushed you out the door. I had both my daughters see someone else.

What I just mentioned is what happened, I don't see how a life insurance can really refuse to help, apparently it was too expensive or someshit, tbh I don't know the full details

I see. Sorry. I guess you can always try to get a different insurance to help you, if it's possible. Shop for one that is fair.

Nurse here. So I've had the chance to work with some absolutely amazing doctors. I've also had the opportunity to work with some not so great doctors. I've never met any doctors that truly caused any concern. I would just have a conflicting personality with them or they are just a little cold to me and/or the patient.

My setting is critical care though which doesn't necessarily translate well to a person's normal outpatient interactions with doctors.

I've noticed that too. When I started on here, I feel like there wasn't as many but I'm running into a lot more now.

It is. I mean, healthcare is such a large and broad field that it isn't surprising that there is a lot.

It is just interesting how they all have popped up recently.

Also, you asked a medical related question so generally you'll get more people familiar with that field responding.

That's on your insurance company. You need to call them as they are the ones that denied you. Not your doctor.

Well I think the doctor had a argument with the insurance or someshit like that, something about the doctor no longer being part of the plan or someshit, I don't know what that means but all I know is that life insurance isn't free and we are paying them for being totally useless

So it seems like your doctor was dropped by the insurance network so your insurance will not pay for it.

No. I don't think it's something you can suit over.

Most doctors are bad, the female colleagues of my faculty in the rural year often let patients die who could have been saved, other women dedicated themselves to fornicating with their superiors during work time.

Well, I'm a registered nurse and I've worked with some really great doctors and I've worked some not so great doctors. It's a nice idea to think everyone who works in healthcare truly cares about doing good but I can say that in any healthcare field whether it be nursing, medicine or one of the allied professions there can be bad apples.

Yea it's terrible how they play with people's lives cause it's not theirs on the line

Yes, I was meant to be referred to a specialist and he kept forgetting to do it and I chased him up several times and his excuse was he was spending time with his kids. I get that, but he's a doctor and should be doing his job and yes I made a formal complaint and changed doctors.

I'm not sure about the life insurance part of your question, but I have dealt with a few doctors that don't have their patients' best interests in mind.
