It always amazes me how much more flexible women are than men. Looking at your photos, I wonder, is it painful to hold those poses?
I have very poor flexibility. When I do stretches, it hurts! And, no matter how often I do them, that pain never stops. It's been this way my whole life. I remember in my youngest gym classes, the experience was the same.
Looking at your split, you're completely 180°. I can only get to ~90. Similarly for the raised leg, I'm lucky if I get half what you do.
I have been too tight for ever. I do stretching but it has not helped much. I just had hip replacement a year ago and I still have not gotten my range of motion back. I can hardly touch my toes and not because I am fat.
Probably not as much as I used to. I did gymnastics and ballet in my younger days so I was flexible then but I have had three children since.

Little. I stretch a lot because it is important for calisthenics. And I can barely just about touch my toes with a straight back.
I can easily do all that. I may need physical therapy afterwards, but you asked!
Fairly flexible.
more importantly I really want this statue now
For my age and weight... a surprising amount of flexibility. But it's focused on supporting power moves, not dancy stuff.
This chick just wants to get laid.
Seriously, after a broken back and a rebuilt shoulder, my flexibility is minimal.
Morally? Total flexibility.
Bodily? Hardly any.
Doing toe touches, I can put my palms on the floor.
I'll do only first flexible pic. And then I will do all the girls in that three pics, one by one. 😂
Pretty much id say... but not as before tho
I need to work on that
Not much but I can do 1st pose only
Pretty good considering my age
