Thank you everyone for your kind help. Im over a week of severe misery and doctors tell me the same things you all have. Ice and ice cream seem to be the only saving grace plus borrowed pain pills since the doctors won't issue and pain relief anymore around here.

And of course i googled it too so i Have to worry about gonorrhea of the mouth and throat cancer. Lord save me!!!

It’s almost as bad as an infected tooth. Can’t eat or sleep.

Life is trying sometimes! Hope y’all are healthy/happy!!!

If you’ll have this problem take a tablespoon of honey or a couple tablespoons to coat your throat it is amazing

Starburst candy brings me the most comfort. Also a hot toddy drink.
I could tell you a natural thing that involves pulling your tongue front (with a paper towel, not toilet paper 😁) and center (count to three), then left, then right with the same count. It drains any fluid pockets inside your throat. It can help a lot.
