Natural remedies for sore throat?

You need to keep an eye on a sore throat. It could be the beginning of strep throat or tonsillitis, or a more severe infection that starts with a sore throat and the infection spreads up to your head which requires hospitalization.
If the home remedies listed here worked and no more soar throat then you might be good to go.

Honey, saltwater either gargling or even just breathing in over saltwater, I have made great experience with herbal teas for example:

• ginger tea (even though I dont like it)
• turmeric tea (sometimes hard to come by you can't use the powder)
• chamomile
• nettle tea
• Hop tea is also great und so much underrated even though it tastes like typical Medicine

Try gargling with water as hot as you can bear mixed with some salt in it. Do it 3-4 times a day and you should be well in 2 or 3 days if it's your usual soreness. If it doesn't go away, consult a doctor.

There are dozens and maybe thousands of herbal teas that would work like echinacea or peppermint and adding honey boosts it’s effect many times more.
