So indications that you are fat:
1. The back of your neck looks like a pack of hotdogs.
2. When you walk its SIDE-2-SIDE.
3. You can't see your own d*ck.
4. You hide food, keys, money etc. between your fat folds.
5. you have crust of various colors growing in "hard to reach" places.
6. You order everything on the drive through menu, but order a diet soda to live with yourself.
7. You like to call everyone "too skinny", to keep your mind off the fact that you look like chewed bubble gum.
8. When you sweat, people say you smell like bacon.
9. Walking 3 feet to your fridge, feels like you ran up a flight of stairs.
10. You don't bother with the bathroom, you have a designated "bucket".

You can use BMI for reference but it doesn't factor in muscle.
For example, I think if you do minimal exercise and are 5"10, average height, you should be around 160-180lbs.
