Can a psychiatrist legally treat a relative?

If the situation is urgent where a person in your family REFUSES to willing seek help, and the only person who is able to help is a psychiatrist who is also a family member (not immediate), is that allowed? Traditionally, I know it’s not, but is there a loophole where depending on the circumstances and their severity, a psychiatrist can legally take up a patient that’s a relative?

I know it’s also not best to have a family member as your psychiatrist, psychologist or even GP, because of bias and confidentiality and stuff, but this situation and severity goes way beyond that, and at this point, it is best for my family member to see my psychiatrist relative, as it is urgent and he knows what’s best for her.
