Sat in bed with who though? Sunday is a day of rest so you're fine. Don't let the people calling you a slacker get you down, or out of bed either. I have trouble sleeping myself so can't stay in bed long.

Not at all, having a day to yourself is actually super healthy because you can’t be on the go all the time, your body needs time to rest and repair so that you’re ready for the week ahead! :)
