Ladies, anyone here has ever experienced green discharge?

It started today and I'm worried. Have an appointment with my OBGYN in two days I don't think is anything serious but what could possibly be?

It's certainly and infection but not sure if it is an STD. I'm experiencing the green discharge and itchiness but no smell or other symptoms.
