I dont smoke period nor would ever be so selfish and cruel to put my baby in harm, that is when im pregnant someday. My mom smokes cigs but never dared touch those or even thought of them when she was pregnant with my sister and I. Yes it's very bad and dangerous for the mom and baby.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone smoking regularly. Before I don’t think is an issue. While pregnant is a huge issue and it will negatively effect the babies health. After isn’t a huge deal either, but obviously second hand and 3rd hand smoke are unhealthy.
