I don't really have set goals for my fitness... as long as I am back into sports and active on the daily... then I will know when I feel fit and in shape, I sure can tell the difference... lol, between being able to run a marathon... or like wanting to stop after two blocks, lmao

Yea. I'm just getting back into it for spring.
Right now I'm being easy on myself. 30 min workout three times a week is my goal and I've been hitting it lately.
Might get a Fitbit if I keep doing well.
This weeks goal is to track my eating, and maintain a caloric deficit.
