None of those. Just getting stronger to get better in my sport (climbing and obstacle runs). One of my goals is reaching a series of 5 one arm pull-ups.
100 one finger push-ups. Pulling 700 would be crazy but that’s a more “common” thing to see.
Fitting in my 34 in jeans and OTM over 300 lbs bench again and 20 chin-ups again.
