How do I get better at running/jogging
Take it slow. Consistency is key. It gets so much easier the more you do it . Start small , jog around the block then increase your distance
For the time being, I say walking is the better exercise because of your weight. But get a doctors opinion.
Cut the carbs and walk. That’s what I’ve done… lost 50# over 1.5 years and kept it off since then
How long do you walk for?
I walk daily during my normal job. I get about 5 miles throughout the day. But I also hold for fun. The carbs made the biggest difference because I was gaining weight back when I used to run 5 miles a day
